The building industry is funny sometimes.   Most people who purchase a $5 calculator get more written operation instructions than when they purchase a new home!  It's at least as important to have an owners manual for a new home as it is to have one for a new car.

We provide an owners manual with all of our Premier homes as part of the purchase price.  It is an option with any of our other homes.

Our manual is fairly modest, about 20 pages or so, but it covers all of the important specifications for your home, important info like depth of the well and type of septic system, and has sections on maintenance, safety, warranty info, and operation.  There is even a list of all of the subcontractors and suppliers that worked on your home with phone numbers and addresses.
