Here's more photos of the Shorthorns as I got them.
We're still on the SN1030 earlier one. This is on the woofer.
What a great crossover. I wonder who wound those coils?
December 9, 1960. Anyone know whose initials those are?
K-1000 horn, crosses over at 1000hz, so a lot of midrange is
coming out of the woofer.
I wonder if they started at "1" when numbering the K-55's,
or if they started at 1000?
Here's SN1090.
This one has a K-33 type woofer and the rounded back on the
K-55 mid driver. Both have the same K-77 tweeter.
The crossover and mid horn are black on this one.
The woofer has a noticeably smaller magnet and it weighs a lot
less than the other one. The cone is stiffer sprung, much
like any of the K-33's.
