Easily one of the nicest homes we've ever built.  The Halpern home is built with all ICF (insulated concrete form) construction, and it has a super-insulated ceiling, radiant floor heating, and a heat recovery ventilation system.  It is a very comfortable, high quality home, with modern features and beautiful detailing throughout.
